I graduated with a degree in Clinical Psychology in 1992 from Komensky University in Bra Bratislava, Slovakia, with 1 year of studying in Budapest, ELTE, as part of the Erasmus programme.
After graduating, I worked in the public sector as a clinical psychologist in the psychiatric department of a hospital in Nové Zámky, and then in a polyclinic in Bratislava.
From 1996, I lived in Germany and worked mainly with families of foreigners. From 1997 I lived a year and a half in Budapest, where I assisted a group of psychiatrists as a clinical psychologist.
In 1998 I moved to Prague. After a maternity leave, from 2002 I worked in a head-hunter agency as a personnel manager.
After exploring the HR sector, I developed a deep interest in positive psychology, in particular the strength-based approach, counselling, and coaching, and combining these with my experience in clinical psychology.
I have been working privately for the last 10 years.
